Senior Superintendent

We're representing one of South Florida's premier General Contractors in the search for an accomplished High-Rise Superintendent to join its Miami team.

This is an opportunity to join a contractor with an exceptional reputation for delivering some of Miami's largest, most complex and high-profile construction projects.

The company has an outstanding pipeline of major high-rise work and is looking nationally for proven field leaders who have successfully delivered large-scale, ground-up vertical construction.

You do not need to be based in Florida.

Candidates are being considered from anywhere in the United States, with a comprehensive relocation package available for the right person.

The Opportunity

You'll take a senior field leadership role on major ground-up high-rise projects in Miami, working with highly experienced project teams and taking ownership of field operations from structure through turnover.

Responsibilities include:

• Lead field operations on large-scale ground-up high-rise projects
• Manage Superintendent and Assistant Superintendent teams
• Drive master schedules, sequencing and short-term planning
• Coordinate concrete structure, building envelope, MEP and interior buildout
• Lead subcontractor coordination and major trade packages
• Manage complex site logistics
• Maintain exceptional standards across safety, quality and productivity
• Work closely with Project Executives, Project Managers, owners and design teams
• Identify and resolve field challenges before they impact the project
• Drive projects through completion, commissioning and turnover

Who We're Looking For

We're interested in speaking with proven construction leaders who have:

• Significant Superintendent experience with a General Contractor
• Extensive ground-up high-rise construction experience
• A track record of delivering large, complex vertical projects
• Strong concrete structure experience
• Experience managing large field teams and subcontractor packages
• Excellent scheduling, sequencing and site logistics capabilities
• The leadership ability to take ownership of major projects

Experience delivering luxury residential, condominium, hospitality or mixed-use towers would be particularly relevant.

South Florida experience is NOT required.
