Senior System Engineer

A leading space technology business is looking for a Senior Systems Engineer to support the development of next-generation spacecraft propulsion systems used across commercial, scientific and defence space programmes.

This is an opportunity to join a growing engineering team working at the forefront of space propulsion, with a clear pathway into a Lead Systems Engineer position.

You'll be responsible for:

• Systems engineering across the full product lifecycle
• Requirements management and system architecture
• Verification, validation and qualification activities
• Technical reviews (PDR, CDR, TRR & MRR)
• Working with multidisciplinary engineering teams and customers

We're keen to hear from Systems Engineers with experience in:

• Spacecraft or aerospace systems
• Battery systems
• Electrified powertrains
• Fuel cells or hydrogen technologies
• High voltage systems
• Complex electro-mechanical products

Experience with Electric Propulsion, Hall Effect Thrusters or Ion Thrusters would be advantageous, but isn't essential.
