Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruiting across a variety of corporate and technical functions, including IT, Cybersecurity, Enterprise Security, Engineering, Customer Service, Operational Services, and Finance.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, strong expertise sourcing technical and hard-to-fill talent, and a consultative approach to partnering with hiring managers and business leaders. This role requires strong business acumen, advanced sourcing capabilities, and experience with SuccessFactors or similar enterprise ATS platforms.

What This Person Will Be Working On

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for technical, engineering, and corporate positions
• Develop advanced sourcing strategies to identify and engage active and passive talent
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements, establish expectations, and develop recruiting strategies
• Provide data-driven market insights and consultative guidance throughout the hiring process
• Manage requisitions and recruiting workflows within SuccessFactors or similar ATS platforms
• Partner with HR Business Partners, Compensation, Benefits, and other HR teams
• Build and maintain pipelines for niche and hard-to-fill technical positions
• Analyze recruiting metrics, labor market trends, and competitive talent intelligence
• Ensure recruiting activities comply with company policies and applicable federal and state employment laws
• Deliver a consistent, compliant, and high-quality candidate and hiring manager experience

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Strong experience with candidate sourcing, screening, job postings, and recruitment strategy
• Experience recruiting technical, engineering, and/or specialized corporate talent
• Ability to source and engage passive candidates
• Strong hiring manager partnership and consultative recruiting skills
• Experience developing recruiting and sourcing strategies
• Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced recruiting environment

Desired Skills

• Experience recruiting across multiple job families, including niche and hard-to-fill technical roles
• Experience with SuccessFactors Recruiting Module
• Experience with enterprise applicant tracking systems
• Strong knowledge of recruiting technologies, sourcing tools, and talent intelligence platforms
• Ability to analyze recruiting metrics and labor market data
• Strong understanding of federal and state employment laws and recruiting compliance
• Experience partnering with HR Business Partners, Compensation, and Benefits
• Strong recruitment marketing and talent pipeline development experience
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Experience recruiting within large enterprise organizations
