(Senior) Technical Project Manager (m/f/d)

• Bridge between tech and construction: You actively review blueprints and technical drawings from specialist planners to ensure our IT infrastructure is seamlessly integrated right from the start.

• On-site quality assurance: You visit our construction sites — often during the shell construction phase — to inspect and ensure that IT cabling is executed exactly as specified in our construction briefs. During the installation phase you don't just plan from a desk: you oversee contractors bringing in hardware, racking equipment and patching networks. You understand every step well enough to spot when something is wrong — and you're not afraid to roll up your sleeves when needed.

• Communication expert and stakeholder management: You look out for Limehome's technical interests confidently during site meetings, aligning with property owners, general contractors, and local craftsmen.

• End-to-end delivery: You manage multiple go-lives simultaneously across different locations — from remote preparation through on-site installation, to final handover and documentation

How you’ll be hosting with heart:

• Construction site experience proficiency: You have a proven track record in technical project management, rollout management, or site coordination within an IT context. Reading and reviewing complex building layouts is second nature to you.

• Network infrastructure in your DNA: You are deeply knowledgeable of network technology and feel comfortable with physical setups (racks, patching). We would love if you bring on solid experience in configuring Zyxel Nebula (or comparable cloud-managed networks).

• Smart Access know-how (Big Plus): You have prior experience with modern building access control systems (e.g., Glutz, Salto, or similar smart lock vendors).

• Assertiveness & willingness to travel: You know how to communicate effectively with contractors on-site, remain solution-oriented under pressure, and bring the flexibility required for regular site visits.

• Languages: Business fluent in German and English is a must — you'll be in site meetings across DACH+ markets daily. Additional European languages are a plus

What you need to shoot for the stars:

• 4+ years delivering technical infrastructure or ICT rollout projects — physical technology, not software

• Proven track record managing external contractors and vendors on site, holding them to quality and timeline

• Comfortable working with access control, network or building technology — you don't need to configure it, but you need to speak the language

• Structured and reliable under pressure — you surface risks early and escalate with a clear ask, not just a problem

• Fluent in German and English — you'll be working across DACH markets daily

• Natural documentation discipline — you close projects properly, every time
