Senior UX/UI Designer (all genders)

JustPlay is looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer to contribute to shaping the design vision and elevate our product design function. You’ll also help unlock operational efficiency by integrating AI tools and workflows across the digital product development lifecycle, helping teams move faster and smarter. You’ll work closely with cross-functional partners to deliver both bold long-term ideas and immediate, high-impact improvements. Job Requirements 2-3 years of experience designing end-to-end mobile product experiences, ideally in gaming or entertainment Experience scaling or refining established design teams and processes A portfolio showcasing impactful mobile design work Proven expertise in gamification and user engagement Expert proficiency in Figma Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to craft Nice to Have Background in loyalty or rewards platforms Mobile gaming experience.
