About the Role
This is a hands-on development role. You'll set architecture direction, manage a small development team, and still write code yourself. You'll own how our systems are built, turn business needs into well-scoped features, and keep delivery moving week to week. You'll work closely with our strategic product lead, who owns overall product vision, while you own technical execution end-to-end.
This role suits an experienced developer, who wants ownership of both the technical direction and the team, without stepping away from the codebase.
