Project Overview: Bechtel is building a semiconductor manufacturing plant in New Albany, Ohio. Bechtel will design and build Phase 1 of the Ohio One project, a total of 2.5 million square feet, including 600,000 square feet of cleanrooms. Construction will require as much steel as eight Eiffel Towers and as much concrete as the tallest skyscrapers. Bechtel will strengthen future economic development in the region by partnering with the North America Building Trades Unions and suppliers to create several thousand new jobs and work with local education organizations to implement new training programs that will support the future talent pipeline. Job Summary: The SETROUTE Coordinator is responsible for planning, configuring, and administering SETROUTE and associated systems to support electrical and control systems installation activities. This role works closely with engineering, construction, PIIM automation and startup teams to ensure successful implementation, integration, and ongoing support throughout the project lifecycle. #LI-CL1 Major Responsibilities: Develops and maintains standardized cable, raceway, and stock coding systems for project use Assist in the development of procedures for implementation of Setroute on project Support field superintendents and craft professionals with SETROUTE reports and deliverables Use SETROUTE with related tools such as 3D models, scheduling systems, and material tracking platforms Support data integration efforts including material take-offs (MTO), procurement systems, and quantity tracking tools Provide day-to-day user support, troubleshooting, onboarding, and training for project personnel and contractors Education and Experience Requirements: Required bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 2-5 years of relevant experience or 6-9 years of relevant work experience​ Required Knowledge and Skills: Strong database management and data manipulation skills Working knowledge of cable, raceway, and electrical installation practices Ability to collaborate across engineering, construction, and procurement disciplines Knowledge of engineering procedures, industry standards, and applicable codes Experience with bulk material procurement and quantity tracking processes Previous experience in an EPC project environment Total Rewards/Benefits: For decades, Bechtel has worked to inspire the next generation of employees and beyond!
