What will you do

As a Shift Leader, you are responsible for your own production lines and lead a team of around 10 colleagues. You make sure the team works well together and that production runs safely, efficiently, and according to quality standards. When needed, you are willing to support the team in day-to-day operations. In this role, you actively think about process improvements and get the opportunity to further develop yourself in a modern bakery environment.

• You lead the team, give clear instructions, and support colleagues where needed.
• You make sure materials and resources are available on time so production can continue smoothly.
• You identify bottlenecks in the process, think along about improvements, and help implement them.
• You maintain a safe and clean working environment and handle practical matters for your team, such as leave requests and personal meetings.

• You will receive a gross monthly salary between €2,995 and €4,200 (excl. 5-shift allowance and depending on your experience.)
• A 5-shift allowance averaging 28%

• Relocation support is available for candidates relocating from within the EU/EEA. Visa and work permit sponsorship are not available for this position.

The Baker we’re looking for!

As Shift Leader, you work accurately and precisely, and you do not overlook even the smallest details. During your work, you are in frequent contact with your (international) colleagues. In addition, you bring the following:

• A completed vocational or bachelor’s in food technology or an equivalent qualification
• You are willing to work in a five-shift rotation
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Food Process operator
• You have proven leadership experience.
• Good communication skills in English, spoken and written

You must be legally authorized to work in the Netherlands. Visa sponsorship is NOT available for this position.
