Shipping Receiving Specialist (f/m)

ABOUT THE JOB: Shipping/Receiving Specialist is responsible for incoming materials from internal and external suppliers, and packaging materials for internal and external customers, assisting freight carriers and coordinating part transport to internal and external customers, and shipping domestic and international packages via the appropriate shipping portals. The role works under some supervision and some contact with external suppliers and customers. WHAT YOU WILL DO: Coordinate and schedule inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods Prepare, verify, and maintain all necessary shipping, logistics documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant regulations. Identify and resolves any discrepancies or issues related to shipping, receiving, logistics and communicates effectively with internal teams and external partners to facilitate operational excellence Ensure all training records are maintained. Cross train and certify in applicable logistics functions such as shipping, receiving, and stockroom departments. Assist with training of uncertified Logistics members.
