Location: Coventry, United Kingdom
Salary: £32,500 per annum
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Skilled Worker Sponsorship: Available for suitable candidates already in the UK
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day shop operations
Supervise and support staff
Maintain excellent customer service standards
Monitor stock, sales and store performance
Manage rotas and staff responsibilities
Ensure company procedures, health & safety and compliance standards are followed
Support the business in achieving sales and operational targets
Candidate Requirements
Previous retail/shop management or supervisory experience preferred
Strong communication and leadership skills
Good organisational and customer service skills
Ability to manage a busy retail environment
Must currently be based in the UK
Must meet the relevant requirements for Skilled Worker sponsorship
Salary: £32,500 per year
