Site Engineer – Construction

Hiring: Site Engineer – Building Construction | UAE

Talentigence is hiring an experienced Site Engineer for an opportunity with a Construction / Contracting company in the UAE.

Location: UAE

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: AED 8,000 – AED 12,000 per month

Work Location: In person

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily construction activities and coordinate subcontractors.

• Ensure works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications and quality standards.

• Coordinate with consultants, project managers, planners and clients.

• Monitor manpower, materials and equipment utilization.

• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports.

• Ensure compliance with HSE and quality requirements.

• Identify and resolve technical issues at site.

• Support the project team in achieving timely project completion.

• Conduct site inspections and maintain project documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.

• 3–6 years of UAE contracting/building construction experience.

• Experience in residential, commercial or high-rise building projects.

• Good knowledge of construction site activities and coordination.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.

• Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
