What you will do Apply engineering principles to support safe, reliable, and efficient manufacturing operations. Lead equipment commissioning, start-up activities, and process troubleshooting. Identify and resolve process, mechanical, and control system issues. Partner with cross-functional teams to improve yield, quality, and operational performance. Analyze process data, perform root cause investigations, and implement corrective actions. Author technical documentation and support compliance, quality, and risk management activities. Train and mentor colleagues while sharing technical expertise across the site. What we are looking for Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Bioprocess Engineering, or a related discipline. Experience in process engineering, Manufacturing Science and Technology (MSAT), technical operations, or a related field within a regulated environment. Knowledge of process improvement, equipment commissioning, technology transfer, or manufacturing support activities. Experience analyzing technical data and solving complex operational challenges. Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across teams. Understanding of automation systems, process controls, or manufacturing technologies.
