📍 JLPT N3–N1 certificate holders (or equivalent Japanese language proficiency)
📍 Ability to participate in development meetings in Japanese and clearly communicate tasks and achievements
📍 Degree in a STEM-related field (Computer Science, IT, Engineering, etc.)
