Software Engineer

We're partnering on a rare opportunity for exceptional Software Engineers who want to work at the intersection of technology, quantitative research and electronic trading - building the critical platforms, automation and applications used directly by front-office trading teams.

Whether you're currently in London, New York, Singapore, Europe or elsewhere, full relocation and visa sponsorship are available for outstanding international candidates looking to move to Hong Kong or Sydney.

You'll be working on:

• Building high-performance trading applications in C++ and Python
• Creating dashboards and tooling used by front-office trading teams
• Developing risk management and position management platforms
• Automating critical trading workflows across the full trade lifecycle
• Designing scalable internal platforms supporting multiple asset classes
• Working directly with traders, quantitative researchers and global engineering teams

We're looking for engineers who have:

✅ Strong C++ and Python development skills

✅ Experience in front-office technology within a leading investment bank, trading firm or quantitative environment

✅ A proven ability to work closely with traders, quants or other revenue-generating business users

✅ Outstanding problem-solving ability and excellent communication skills

✅ A strong academic background, ideally from a leading university with consistently excellent results
