About the Role

You'll join as a Forward Deployed Engineer, working directly with strategic customers to understand complex business processes and turn them into scalable AI-powered software. You'll own implementations end-to-end, from process discovery and solution design through production deployment and global rollout.

Qualifications

• 2–8 years of experience as a software engineer. Exceptional early-career candidates are considered.
• Strong software engineering and programming fundamentals.
• Ability to work through ambiguous, complex problems and independently determine the right solution.
• Strong customer-facing communication and business judgment.
• Comfortable owning projects from discovery through deployment and scaling.
• High-agency, resourceful mindset with strong technical and problem-solving ability.

Compensation & Logistics

• Compensation: $150K–$225K Base
• Location: San Francisco, CA / New York City, NY
• Work Model: Onsite
