We are looking for strong Backend / Full Stack Software Engineers to build scalable financial infrastructure and production systems. You’ll own projects end-to-end, work closely with engineering leadership and founders, and contribute to architecture and technical decisions.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Build and own scalable backend systems

• Design and deploy production services and APIs

• Contribute to architecture and infrastructure decisions

• Work with Product, Engineering and Founders

• Improve monitoring, alerting and system reliability

• Own projects from technical design through production

🛠️ Tech Stack

Go | Node.js | Docker | Kubernetes | Terraform | PostgreSQL | REST APIs | gRPC | AWS

🎯 Requirements

• 2–10 years of backend/software engineering experience

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field

• Experience building scalable backend systems end-to-end

• Production experience with Docker & Kubernetes

• Experience at a reputable, high-growth technology company

• Strong communication and technical decision-making skills

• Able to work 4 days/week onsite in NYC

Nice to Have: FinTech/Payments, Go/Node.js, Terraform, AWS, Startup/VC-backed experience.
