Title: Space Domain Awareness Analyst KBR is seeking an experienced Space Domain Awareness (SDA) Analyst to support Headquarters Combat Forces Command (HQ CFC) on Peterson SFB. CO. You will support S35D as a contract staff member responsible for the delivery, operational transition, sustainment, and disposition of Space Control capabilities to include programs that reach Milestone-C, Advanced Concept Technology Demonstrations, Rapid Reaction Capabilities, and Prototypes. Key Responsibilities: Develop, review, staff, and provide recommendations on Operating Concepts, System Concepts, System Training Plans (STP), support agreements (e.g., Interservice Support Agreements, Memorandums of Agreement (MOAs), Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs), and papers (point, talking, issue) for SDA Sensor Operations. Analyze the sustainment requirements for one-time delivery systems and systems that are incrementally/spirally upgraded. Review and staff all AF Form 1067s, Modification Proposal, upgrade/change recommendations. Review Emergency Depot Level Maintenance (EDLM) and Urgent Depot Level Maintenance (UDLM), to verify corrections to deficiencies, and enhancements, and upgrades are incorporated. Analyze and staff recommendations for system decommission and disposal. Develop, review, and staff IOC and FOC criteria recommendations. Participate in Integrated Activation Transition Team (IATT) to transition lead duties from requirements to operations staffs after IOC declaration. Staff test documents for coordination and provide inputs to testing agencies developing operational test plans and MOUs for USSF managed systems. Provide inputs in the development of Operational Capabilities, Critical Operational Issues (COIs), Measures of Effectiveness (MOE), Measures of Suitability (MOS), and Measures of Performance (MOP). Attend sustainment meetings and working groups. Review and provide inputs on requests for information (RFIs). Develop and coordinate Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTP) to meet SDA requirements for multiple phased array and mechanical radars and a variety of ground-based and space-based optical sensors. Monitor Developmental Test and Evaluations (DT&E) and Operational Test and Evaluations (OT&E) and work with program office, unit, and Combined Space Operations Center (CSpOC) and attend/lead all working groups to resolve any performance issues and provide operations lifecycle support for all Phased Array, Optical, Mechanical, Space Based, and Contributing, Non-Traditional and International Sensors within the CFC/S3D portfolio. Develop and staff Defense Readiness Reporting System (DRRS) guidance and update briefings IAW SPFI 10-201, Status of Resources and Training System. Provide Enhanced SORTS (E-Sorts) as defined by DoD Directive 7730.65, Department of Defense Readiness Reporting System. Monitor and provide unit/asset DRRS status to ensure USSF compliance with HHQ direction. Provide inputs for inclusion in the DRRS measurable areas and provide updates to readiness taskers to include updating Mission Directives. Qualifications: Required: An active TS/SCI (SAP/SAR eligible day 1) clearance is required to be considered, which is something only a U.S. citizen can obtain. 10+ Space Domain Awareness experience including 6+ years with any military service component HQ Staff, that operate in support of current and future EW/SEW/SDA mission areas. Experience working in classified (SAP/SAR) space environment. Joint operations planning and developing/coordinating tasking orders, concept of operations, security classification guides, special instructions, deployment orders, execution orders, etc. Project management experience, focused on DOTMLPF-P execution on complex project from inception to completion. Operating or in support of (i.e. Space Domain Awareness (SDA) and/or Battle Management, Joint operations planning, management, oversight, or operations), any SDA systems in military, commercial/civil, or academia. Space Domain Awareness (SDA) operations experience and knowledge of USSF SDA weapons systems. Advising/supporting acquisition/integration/sustainment of SDA weapon systems, to include upgrades, next generation capabilities, and Allied/commercial systems. Desired: BA/BS desired. Work Environment: Location: On-site at Peterson SFB, CO Travel Requirements: Minimal 0-20% Working Hours: Standard Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40hrs Basic Compensation: $115,000 -$125,000 This range is for Colorado only. The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.
