What You Will Achieve The Specialty Care Access and Reimbursement Enablement Team Lead will work across a broad, multi-disciplinary group of internal and external stakeholders to develop, evolve, and lead projects and programs to advance the Access and Reimbursement groups' mission to help patients. They will develop a process of continuous improvement measured by clearly defined key performance indicators that serve as benchmarks for success across the platform. The Specialty Care Access and Reimbursement Enablement Team Lead will report directly to the Spe cialty Care Patient Solutions Strategy and Enablement Lead, with a dotted-line relationship to Access and Reimbursement leadership, and is responsible for leading and coaching the Specialty Care Access and Reimbursement Enablement Team. This leader brings a deep understanding of all Specialty Care Access and Reimbursement priorities, using that knowledge to compliantly drive team impact and efficiency. The Team Lead will partner with key cross-functional partners on AI strategy within Access and Reimbursement, which ladders up to an overall Patient Solutions AI strategy — identifying where AI can meaningfully improve the patient and customer experience, shaping the roadmap for AI-enabled tools and capabilities, and enabling the Specialty Care Access and Reimbursement Enablement Team to consistently pull through that AI strategy across territories and stakeholders. Align, motivate, engage, coach and develop the Access and Reimbursement Enablement Team to fully support execution of the Access and Reimbursement strategies and tactics and to compliantly provide insights and assistance to the Specialty Care Access and Reimbursement Leadership Team. Identify and prioritize the right continuous improvement projects, processes, and resources, working with key stakeholders to advance productivity and support the strategy and execution of operating plans and project budgets. Develop partnerships and collaborate with key enablement colleagues in other functional areas and business units to ensure ongoing alignment, consistency, and efficiency across all Specialty Care Access and Reimbursement reporting and interfaces. Partner cross-functionally to enable internal functions, while also partnering externally, as needed, to deliver insights and execute initiative(s) to evolve Specialty Care Access and Reimbursement approaches and results. Manage Specialty Care Access Reimbursement in the following: business reviews, executive presentation support, priority lists, alerts , and measurement of strategic imperatives including improving time to fill, fulfillment and reauthorization erosion. Own and continuously evolve optimal territory mapping and deployment methodology , regularly reassessing alignment, capacity, and coverage models to ensure the deployment approach remains fit for purpose as the business, brands, and patient needs evolve. Develop and design engaging and informative presentations for internal and external stakeholders while collaborating with various departments, to ensure consistent content accuracy and visual appeal. Champion a strong data, analytics, and reporting discipline by leading a team to build and maintain robust data, analytics, and reporting capabilities; personally model rigorous, insight-driven analysis; and coach and develop the team so they can independently generate and apply data-driven insights, working closely with IIS, Patient Insights, and other key stakeholders . Analyze data and generate insights to inform strategic decisions at all levels of Specialty Care Access & Reimbursement from the territory level to executive directives. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to evolve current processes and platforms to a better future state . Support Specialty Care Access & Reimbursement leaders with communication strategy and change management — helping shape clear, consistent messaging and structured change approaches for major initiatives, organizational shifts, and evolving ways of working, to drive understanding, alignment, and adoption across the field and enablement teams. Work cross-functionally to develop, build, and deploy the AI strategy for Specialty Care Access and Reimbursement, enabling field teams to pull it through in day-to-day execution to help accelerate patient access . Lead key projects that sit above Specialty Care Access and Reimbursement, but in service of Patient Solutions overall, partnering across the broader Patient Solutions Enablement team to advance enterprise-wide priorities. Basic Qualifications Candidate demonstrates a breadth of diverse leadership experiences and capabilities including: the ability to influence and collaborate with peers, develop and coach others, oversee and guide the work of other colleagues to achieve meaningful outcomes and create business impact. 10+ years of pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical marketing/sales with extensive external healthcare market and advanced customer/health system knowledge. Previous Field Reimbursement and Leadership experience with a demonstrated track record of high performance and specialized technical skills obtained from cross-functional leadership roles. Experience leading in a matrix organization with the ability to create business impact.
