Location: Houston, TX – Northwest Corridor (Hwy 249) Our clinic is conveniently located at 17200 State Hwy 249, Suite 150, Houston, TX 77064, with easy access to Hwy 249, I-45, I-10, the Sam Houston Tollway, Hwy 290, and the Grand Parkway (99). W-2 Employee – Guaranteed Hourly Rate $35–$42/hour (based on experience) Guaranteed hours and benefits Minimum 20 hours/week for benefits eligibility 2.
