Speech Language Pathologist (K-5)

Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Position Overview: We’re seeking a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive school-based team in Westminster, MD for the 2026–2027 school year. This position offers a primarily articulation- and language-focused caseload with opportunities to work with students with low-incidence disabilities and AAC needs. You’ll collaborate with educators and special education professionals while receiving strong support from the district. Caseload & Responsibilities: Provide speech and language therapy to students in grades K–5 Manage an anticipated caseload of approximately 40–45 students Primarily support students with articulation and language delays Provide services in accordance with students’ IEPs Conduct assessments and participate in IEP development and meetings Collaborate with teachers, families, special education staff, and related service providers Support students with low-incidence disabilities and AAC needs Maintain accurate documentation and progress monitoring Work collaboratively with another SLP at the building level Why Join This Team?
