If you have technical depth, practical experience, and enthusiasm to work with a high-performing team, this role is for you! Self-motivated, strong analytic and critical thinking skills. Proficiency with schematic capture and PCB layout tools (e.g., Cadence Allegro, Altium). Experience with modeling and simulation tools (SPICE, MATLAB/Simulink, Mathcad). Working knowledge of Signal Integrity (SI) and Power Integrity (PI) analysis and practical mitigation techniques. Familiarity with power devices/modules or motor control is a plus. Proven ability to produce clear design documentation and to support board bring up and lab debugging. Preferred Qualifications Master’s or advanced degree in Electrical Engineering or related field. Knowledge of harsh-environment / aerospace-grade hardware (radiation‐tolerant design, thermal vacuum testing). Demonstrated history of both analog (instrumentation) and digital design implementation and commissioning.
