This may include: Shaping and influencing strategies to develop and deliver complex systems and driving toward successful project outcomes Acting as a coach and mentor other team members by sharing technical expertise Participating in client and partner collaboration and business development efforts Shape the future of industrialized construction – your work will influence how buildings are engineered, manufactured, and delivered Contribute to systems that significantly reduce embodied carbon, construction waste, and risk What You Bring: 7+ years of senior-level professional with engineering experience A strong technical foundation with an interest in expanding your impact beyond traditional design responsibilities Ability to apply engineering expertise to influence project outcomes, support multidisciplinary teams, and contribute to the delivery and growth of complex structural systems Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Structural Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related engineering discipline required PE or SE License required or the ability to obtain within 2 years.
