Provides thought leadership to proactively solve business challenges and issues. Manages operational stability, health, and availability of technology solutions. Protects the business and brands across cyber, risk, and compliance requirements. Prioritizes resources to achieve strategic business outcomes. Proven experience managing programs across multiple business units and technology teams. Demonstrated ability to lead intake, planning, execution, and deployment activities at enterprise scale. Excellent communication, leadership, risk management, and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of Agile, product delivery, and enterprise governance practices. Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; advanced degree preferred. PMP, PgMP, SAFe, Agile, or equivalent certifications preferred. Summary Pay Range: $172,630.00 - $258,950.00 Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience.
