Staff AI Research Scientist - Robotics

Senior or Staff AI Research Scientist at a robotics company building AI systems for demanding real-world environments. The core research focus is foundation models: developing the algorithms that let robots understand their environment, plan, and generalize across complex physical tasks.

Research role where the work ships to real hardware.

Needed:

-> PhD in ML, robotics, or related field, or Master's with substantial relevant experience

-> Strong foundation in large-scale model architectures and generative modeling

-> Solid understanding of transformers, diffusion models, and multimodal systems

-> Proficient in Python and deep learning frameworks

Bonus if you have a strong publication record, video generation or prediction model experience, or GPU deployment experience.
