Staff Analyst (Associate or Mid-Level) Company: The Boeing Company Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking a Staff Analyst (Associate or Mid-Level) to join our Engineering organization team in North Charleston, SC. As a Staff Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting in-depth analysis, providing insights, and supporting decision-making processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Our team is currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including Associate (Level 2) and Mid-Level (Level 3) Staff Analyst. Primary Responsibilities: Develop plans for long-range strategies, organizational goals, objectives and initiatives Provides data for management review and tracking performance to plan Develops, coordinates and assesses architecture of meeting content and leadership briefings Conduct research and analyze data from multiple sources Delivers informational or technical materials Researches and evaluates strategic organizational issues and identifies options Provides strategic design, logistics and facilitation of large meetings/events Develops and maintains the project schedule and budget Monitors and tracks execution of the plan and communicates status to all project participants Plans and coordinates organizational facility requirements Develops and deploys localized training content Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): Bachelor's degree 3+ years of related work experience 3+ years of experience with project management Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): Level 3 : 6+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience 3+ years of experience in scheduling and logistics management 3+ years of experience in MS Office Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to create compelling reports and dashboards. Experience with implementing development and engagement initiatives Experience with schedule, logistics and project management Proficiency in data analysis tools: ability to collect, organize, analyze, and interpret large datasets. Summary Pay Range for Associate (Level 2) : $63,750 - $86,250 Summary Pay Range for Mid-Level (Level 3) : $78,200 - $105,800 Language Requirements: Not Applicable Education: Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Relocation: This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility.
