What You Will Achieve You will contribute directly to the safe, compliant, and efficient manufacture of pharmaceutical products by executing operational tasks in accordance with standard operating procedures and regulatory requirements. You will take ownership of your individual contributions while collaborating closely with cross-functional partners to meet production, quality, and safety objectives. Your work will help ensure reliable supply, high product quality, and continuous improvement across manufacturing operations. In this role, you will: Take responsibility for individual contributions while working effectively as part of a team to achieve production goals Follow established procedures to complete tasks of varying scope, sequence, and complexity within defined timelines Perform operational activities including preparing, operating, and monitoring manufacturing equipment and materials Execute in-process quality checks and ensure accurate GMP documentation and batch record entries Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve moderately routine operational issues, escalating deviations as required Maintain audit-ready work areas in compliance with safety, cGMP, and site standards Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to safety, quality, and efficiency Demonstrate accountability, adaptability, and professionalism in accordance with Pfizer Core Values Complete required training on time and support a culture of right-first-time execution Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements) High School Diploma or GED with 2+ years of experience Selfmotivated problem solver able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team Ability to communicate effectively across departments and follow written and verbal instructions Competence in troubleshooting and performing quality checks Demonstrated ability to follow established procedures and guidelines Analytical, detail-oriented problem solver with strong organizational skills Bonus Points If You Have (Preferred Requirements) Previous experience working in a cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices) environment Relevant pharmaceutical or regulated manufacturing experience Proficiency in using manufacturing systems, software, or automated equipment Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment Demonstrated leadership capability and experience mentoring or supporting team members Familiarity with common AI tools and curiosity about how they can be used to enhance productivity and operational efficiency Work Environment & Operational Conditions Ability to lift and/or lower up to 55 pounds and perform standing, walking, stooping, reaching, and repetitive motions Exposure to routine manufacturing operations, including equipment operation and material handling Non-standard work schedules may include weekends, holidays, overtime, rotating shifts, or alternate schedules based on operational needs Role is on-site / onpremise to support manufacturing operations Non-Standard Requirements Extended work in regulated manufacturing or cleanroom environments (Grade A/B/C/D), including aseptic gowning Required use of personal protective equipment (PPE) such as hard hats, masks, gloves, face shields, or respirators Other Job Details: Last day to apply: September 9th Initial training will be completed on first shift (6:30 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday) for approximately 2 to 3 months. Following training, the role will transition to second shift (3:30 PM – 11:30 PM) This position requires mandatory overtime and operates on a rotating 12-days-on, 2-days-off schedule , including every other weekend and holidays as needed . The salary for this position ranges from $20.07 to $33.45 per hour. In addition, this position offers eligibility for overtime, weekend, holiday and other pay premiums depending on the work schedule and the Company’s policies.
