We're looking for an ambitious retail leader from a food retail or FMCG background who is ready to move into their first Store Manager role and relocate to the beautiful Channel Islands.

This is a fantastic opportunity to take full ownership of your own store, leading a sizeable team while driving commercial performance, customer experience and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities:

• Leading, coaching and developing your team
• Driving sales, service and store standards
• Managing stock control and product availability
• Delivering cost control and profitability targets
• Ensuring strong operational and process management
• Creating a positive, high-performing culture

What we're looking for:

• Current Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager, Operations Manager or equivalent within food retail or FMCG
• Strong people leadership and coaching skills
• Commercially aware with a passion for driving results
• Experience managing KPIs, stock and operational processes
• Ambitious and ready to take ownership of your own business area
