Job Description Job Title: Strategic Buyer Working Pattern: Hybrid (3 in office days a week) Working Location: Indianapolis, IN As a Strategic Buyer for Rolls-Royce, you’ll play an integral role in developing the purchasing strategy across various commodities and executing that strategy through high-impact contract negotiations, lead commercial activities, and ensure supply chain competitiveness, compliance, and resilience. What you will be doing: Lead supplier negotiations, strategic sourcing, and category management to drive cost, quality, and delivery improvements. Taking a significant role in crafting commodity strategies Building relationships with suppliers Develop and execute sourcing strategies that align with the company goals and deliver measurable value. Lead cost-reduction initiatives and risk mitigation plans to ensure commercial resilience. Collaborate across business functions to align procurement strategy with organizational priorities. Support ongoing process improvement and best practice sharing across the global network.
