About The Role
Could you shape people strategy and support organisational change across the Isle of Man Public Service?
The Office of Human Resources is going through an exciting period of transformation, and we’re looking for an experienced Strategic HR Business Partner to join the team!
In this role, you’ll work at the heart of the Public Service, partnering with senior leaders across Government to provide expert HR advice and develop people strategies that support organisational priorities. From workforce planning and organisational design to leadership capability and talent management, you’ll provide strategic advice and support leaders to build workforce capability and improve organisational performance and service delivery.
You’ll also support major organisational change, including restructures, service redesign, culture change and workforce transformation, while using workforce insight to support informed decisions around people, resources and future workforce needs.
This is an opportunity to use your HR expertise and strategic insight to influence senior decision-making, drive positive change and help shape the future of the Isle of Man Public Service.

A relocation package of up to £10,000 based on receipts is available for this role.
A competitive salary that increases each 12 months until you reach the salary maximum.
