Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Student Counselor role based in Multan, supporting applicants interested in studying in Australia and North America. The Student Counselor will meet with prospective students to understand their academic background, career interests, and financial circumstances, and recommend appropriate programs and institutions. Responsibilities include providing guidance on admission requirements, assisting with application forms and documentation, and coordinating with educational institutions as needed. The role involves offering visa process support, maintaining accurate records of counseling sessions and application status, and following up with students to ensure timely completion of each step. The counselor will also deliver information sessions, respond to inquiries in person and via phone or email, and collaborate with colleagues to improve counseling processes and resources.
Qualifications

• Strong Student Counseling and education advisory skills, with experience guiding individuals on study abroad options.
• Career Counseling abilities to help students align academic choices with long-term professional goals.
• Excellent Communication skills, including clear spoken and written English and the ability to explain complex information simply.
• Customer Service orientation, with a focus on responsiveness, empathy, and building trust with students and families.
• Understanding of international Education systems, particularly for Australia and North America, including admissions and visa processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, Social Sciences, or a related field; advanced certifications in counseling or student advising are an advantage.
• Proficiency with basic office software and student management or CRM tools for tracking applications and communications.
• Ability to work on-site in Multan, manage multiple cases simultaneously, and maintain confidentiality and ethical standards.
