About the Position The company is seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee daily construction operations within its innovative modular production environment. This leadership role is responsible for managing in-house craftspeople and subcontractors while ensuring projects move efficiently from framing through final finishes . Unlike traditional field construction roles, this position offers a Monday through Thursday work schedule , providing a better work-life balance while working inside a climate-controlled manufacturing environment. Key responsibilities include: Lead daily construction activities from framing through project completion. Supervise in-house field personnel and subcontractors to maintain production schedules. Coordinate multiple trades while ensuring quality workmanship and efficient workflow. Maintain compliance with residential building codes and company quality standards. Identify and resolve construction challenges to keep production on schedule. Promote a strong culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement. Collaborate with project management and production leadership to achieve schedule and quality objectives. Ensure projects are delivered on time while maintaining exceptional craftsmanship. Requirements 10+ years of construction experience with increasing field leadership responsibilities. Previous experience as a Superintendent, Construction Manager, or similar leadership role. Extensive residential construction experience, including single-family and/or multifamily projects. Strong knowledge of the International Residential Code (IRC) and residential building practices. Proven ability to manage crews, subcontractors, schedules, and daily production activities. Excellent technical problem-solving and organizational skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced production environment where quality and efficiency are equally important. Strong communication and leadership abilities.
