About the Position The Superintendent / Construction Manager will oversee in-house employees and subcontractors throughout the entire building process, from framing through finish . Working in a fast-paced, indoor factory environment, this leader will be responsible for keeping production moving while maintaining high standards for quality, schedule, safety, and craftsmanship. This is a unique opportunity for a technically strong construction professional who wants to work with an innovative building model while maintaining significant leadership responsibility. Key Responsibilities Oversee all in-house construction employees and subcontractors from framing through finish. Manage day-to-day construction operations within the factory. Keep production moving efficiently while maintaining quality and schedule expectations. Coordinate manpower, materials, subcontractors, and workflow. Identify and resolve technical and construction issues quickly. Read and interpret plans, drawings, and specifications. Monitor workmanship and ensure projects meet company standards. Maintain a strong focus on safety, quality, productivity, and continuous improvement. Provide hands-on leadership and technical direction to the construction team. Coordinate with project management and company leadership to achieve production goals. Requirements 10+ years of construction experience required. Significant experience with residential building , including single-family or multifamily construction. Previous Superintendent, Construction Manager, or similar construction leadership experience. Must have RBC experience/knowledge. Strong technical construction knowledge from framing through finish. Experience managing both employees and subcontractors. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, production-oriented environment. Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Ability to read and interpret construction documents and plans. Must be comfortable working in an indoor factory-based construction environment .
