Key Responsibilities
Drives Asia Supply Chain Ecosystem development with a primary focus on Built to Print commodities to support both volume production and quick turn NPI needs
Works cross functionally across internal Commodity teams to identify gaps in Asia Supply Chain and jointly drives capability enablement, technology transfer and development of potential Asia suppliers
Provides technical leadership to internal and external team members to drive supplier capability development and leads supplier development teams to achieve project & program goals
Collaborates with external agencies to drive Singapore & Asia supply chain innovation
Develops project plan and oversees from conception and planning to implementation, including strategies, processes and resources. Ensures objectives are clearly defined and agreed across cross functional teams
Responsible for managing schedule and task details by utilizing project management tools such as reports, tracking charts, checklist and project scheduling software.
Drives allocated resources from other organizations to achieve on-time and within budget performance objectives for the project.
Provides engineering and business process expertise to team and other members on various significantly complex programs/issues.
