WHY PATIENTS NEED YOU The Supplier Audit Sr. Associate supports Pfizer Global Supply (PGS) Regulatory Quality Assurance (RQA), supplier management, and site quality organizations by coordinating the end-to-end management of supplier audit corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs) within Pfizer's electronic Quality Management System (eQMS). The role helps ensure CAPA activities are completed in a timely, compliant, and consistent manner while supporting effective collaboration between suppliers, quality teams, and business stakeholders. WHAT YOU WILL ACHIEVE As part of the PGS Revolution Program, this position supports the adoption of standardized global quality processes and contributes to quality excellence, supplier oversight, and continuous improvement across the supplier quality management lifecycle. HOW YOU WILL ACHIEVE IT CAPA Coordination and Quality Compliance Coordinate the end-to-end processing and lifecycle management of supplier audit CAPAs, ensuring compliance with established timelines. Review CAPA plans and implementation documentation for completeness, and quality, escalating risks and concerns when appropriate. Maintain accurate and compliant CAPA records within Pfizer's quality systems to support inspection readiness and audit traceability. Support the global SQM program by delivering guidance and cross functional coordination to PGS colleagues. Stakeholder Partnership and Issue Resolution Serve as a point of contact for suppliers, Regulatory Quality Assurance, and site quality colleagues regarding CAPA status, documentation requirements, and resolution of quality-related issues. Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders to address questions, obtain clarifications, and drive timely closure of CAPA commitments. Process Monitoring and Operational Excellence Monitor CAPA performance metrics and process effectiveness to identify trends, risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement. Contribute insights and recommendations that strengthen supplier quality processes and enhance operational efficiency. Systems and Data Management Utilize Veeva eQMS, Supplier Management System (SMS), and related quality platforms to support data integrity, process execution, tracking, and reporting activities. Help ensure quality data is complete, accurate, and available to support business decision-making and compliance requirements. Capability Building and Continuous Improvement Support onboarding and training activities for colleagues participating in audit coordination processes. Contribute to process standardization initiatives and continuous improvement efforts that advance global supplier quality management capabilities. QUALIFICATIONS Must-Have Applicant must have a bachelor's degree with at least 3 + years of experience; OR a master's degree with more than 1 + year of experience; OR an associate's degree with 6+ years of experience; OR a high school diploma (or equivalent) and 8 + years of relevant experience.
