The Supplier Change Management Sr. Associate plays a critical role in supporting Center Supplier Quality by managing the end-to-end coordination of supplier change notifications and associated impact assessments across the global network. WHAT YOU WILL ACHIEVE This secondment position ensures supplier-initiated changes are reviewed, communicated, and processed in a timely, compliant, and consistent manner. Working under the guidance of Global Supplier Quality, Regulatory Quality Assurance, suppliers, and site and functional stakeholders, the role contributes to effective risk management, regulatory compliance, supply assurance, and the continuous advancement of Pfizer's supplier quality management processes. HOW YOU WILL ACHIEVE IT Supplier Change Notification Management Coordinate the end-to-end management of Supplier Change Notifications (SCNs), ensuring records are created, processed and closed in accordance with applicable procedures, quality requirements, and established timelines. Assess supplier notifications to determine scope and potential impact to PGS sites and functions, escalating for disposition as needed. Support the global SQM program by providing guidance and cross functional coordination to PGS colleagues. Risk Assessment and Stakeholder Engagement Create and communicate the need for impact assessments to evaluate quality, regulatory, operational, and supply implications associated with supplier-initiated changes. Serve as a point of contact for suppliers and internal stakeholders, obtaining clarifications, resolving routine inquiries, and ensuring accurate communication of supplier changes. Escalate risks, concerns, and process issues as appropriate to support informed decision-making and compliance objectives. Quality Systems and Process Execution Utilize Veeva, Supplier Management System (SMS), and related quality platforms to support supplier change management, documentation, tracking, and reporting activities. Maintain quality records, assessments, and system data are maintained accurately and in accordance with Pfizer quality system requirements. Support initiation and tracking of local change controls or related actions resulting from supplier change assessments. Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvement Compile and monitor key performance indicators and process metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of the supplier change notification process. Identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process enhancement and contribute recommendations that improve operational efficiency, compliance, and user experience. Contribute to the ongoing evolution and standardization of global supplier quality processes in support of the PGS Revolution Program. Capability Building Support onboarding, training, and knowledge-sharing activities to strengthen understanding and adoption of SCN processes across the organization. Promote consistency in process execution through collaboration, coaching, and continuous learning. QUALIFICATIONS Must-Have Applicant must have a bachelor's degree with at least 3 + years of experience; OR a master's degree with more than 1 + year of experience; OR an associate's degree with 6+ years of experience; OR a high school diploma (or equivalent) and 8+ years of relevant experience.
