Qualifications Graduate of a four-year accredited U.S. Medical School or the equivalent. Satisfactory completion of required fellowships. Breast fellowship or Surgical Oncology fellowship preferred. Licensure Medical License in applicable state. BLS for Provider certification from the American Heart Association required. ATLS preferred Please note: No J1 or H-1B visa opportunities.
