Join our team at the Ambulatory Surgery Center at the Plaza as a Surgical Technologist, where you'll play a key role in outpatient procedures. Your responsibilities will include visually assessing patients' conditions, maintaining sterile techniques, ensuring accurate counts throughout the surgery, as well as proficiently assembling, preparing and passing sutures, instruments and supplies to surgeons and assistants. Our Ambulatory Surgery Center offers a comfortable and warm environment for outpatient surgery. Schedule Full-time | 72-80 hours every two weeks | Plaza Surgery Center Monday-Friday | Various 8 to 10-hour shifts working between 6am – 5pm No weekends or holidays! Pay and Benefits Starting pay begins at $29.48 per hour; exact wage determined by years of related experience Pay range: $29.48 - $45.10 per hour Up to $2,500 hiring bonus or up to $5,000 tuition reimbursement for eligible candidates $5,000 relocation bonus for eligible candidates Full-time benefits : medical, dental, PTO, retirement, employee discounts and more Tuition reimbursement and college grant programs available Qualifications Successful completion of an accredited Surgical Technologist Program Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provided Card Basic knowledge of surgical technologist duties and responsibilities Current certification as a Surgical Technologist preferred To be eligible for the hiring bonus, student loan repayment and relocation bonus, you must be hired into an eligible full or part-time benefited position.
