The Role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Consultant to support a growing account in Dallas, TX. In this role, you will manage full cycle technical recruiting, working closely with hiring managers to build strong pipelines and deliver a great candidate experience from first contact through offer.

What You Will Actually Do

• Own full cycle recruitment for technical roles, from sourcing through offer
• Navigate visa sponsorships and visa transfers as part of the hiring process
• Support candidates through relocation as needed
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the process
• Manage a high volume, fast moving pipeline while keeping a sharp eye on candidate experience
• Provide market insights and guidance to stakeholders on technical hiring trends
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support the growth of the account

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast paced environment
• Proficiency in ATS and digital sourcing platforms
• Resilience and adaptability
