Why this role matters: The Talent Acquisition Specialist (Tech) will play a key role in building exceptional teams that set Exness apart in the market. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle - from sourcing and engaging top talent to ensuring a smooth hiring and onboarding experience across multiple geographies and roles. We’re looking for a Technical Recruiter who combines strong interpersonal skills with a proactive, results-driven approach. You’re curious about technology, enjoy working with engineers, and know how to build meaningful connections with technical talent. You thrive in a fast-paced, international environment, can prioritize independently, and work seamlessly with both recruiters and tech stakeholders.
