Talent Acquisition Specialist (Tech)

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who will focus on hiring top engineering talent and strengthening our technical teams. You will play a key role in attracting Software Engineers, QA specialists, System Analysts, mobile developers, and other technical professionals essential for the company’s growth and product excellence. This role will involve a significant focus on high-volume hiring, ensuring a consistent and efficient pipeline of qualified candidates across multiple technical roles. Your future tasks Identify and attract top talent for technical and non-technical roles. Develop and execute sourcing strategies to engage with potential candidates across various platforms. Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to offer negotiation. Maintain and optimize the ATS (Applicant Tracking System) to ensure smooth candidate experience and pipeline tracking. Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and ensure alignment with business objectives. Conduct market research and stay updated on recruitment trends, particularly in the tech industry. What we expect from candidate 2+ years of experience as a recruiter, with a focus on hiring technical specialists. Strong sourcing skills and ability to find candidates on different platforms (LinkedIn, Telegram, GitHub, Stack Overflow, etc.), experience in developing and executing sourcing strategies. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with candidates and hiring managers. English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
