Disciplinary and technical management of the CA team Responsibility for technical 2nd level support and maintenance for our cloud applications Management and further development of IT processes in a fast-growing and dynamic environment Establishment and maintenance of internal and external tools Close cooperation and regular exchange with our security, infrastructure and business teams Successfully completed studies in information technology or training in the field of IT (specialist information technology system integration or similar) Experience in the disciplinary management of teams Proven success in IT project management Demonstrated ability in complex root cause analysis and systematic problem resolution. Commitment to high-quality deliverables and rigorous standards in solution deployment and documentation. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to effectively translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders. German is a plus. A proactive, preventative mindset with a focus on identifying potential future issues and implementing forward-looking solutions.
