This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference to the health and wellbeing of Aboriginal communities across the Hills and Southern regions. As Team Leader Aboriginal Health, you will provide cultural and operational leadership, influence service design and delivery, and work alongside Aboriginal communities, ACCHOs, clinicians and key stakeholders to improve health outcomes and experiences for Aboriginal people. You will join a supportive and collaborative team environment where your expertise, leadership and cultural knowledge will be valued. The role offers the opportunity to lead service improvement initiatives, strengthen partnerships, support workforce development, and contribute to Closing the Gap priorities while shaping culturally safe and responsive health services across BHFLHN.
