Job Description

Our banking client is looking for an experienced Team Leader – Business Loans to lead a team of Relationship Officers and drive business loan sales. The ideal candidate should have strong UAE SME loan sales experience and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive Business Loan sales by building strong customer relationships and delivering exceptional service.
• Lead, manage and motivate a team of Relationship Officers to achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Recruit, train and develop sales staff to ensure high productivity and performance.
• Set clear objectives, monitor performance and provide regular coaching and feedback.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and achieve targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with banking partners and ensure smooth execution of sales processes.
• Foster a high-performance culture focused on teamwork, accountability and continuous improvement.
• Monitor team performance and take necessary actions to improve productivity and results.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–4 years of experience in SME / Business Loan Sales in the UAE – Mandatory.
• Previous experience in team leadership or managing Relationship Officers / sales teams.
• Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of UAE SME/business loan products and customer acquisition.
• Excellent communication, leadership and relationship-management skills.
• Target-driven and results-oriented.
