Requirements Languages Required: Spanish & Portuguese  Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position within the FX industry Previous experience as a Conversion Agent, Retention Agent, or Team Leader is mandatory Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment Excellent relationship-building and problem-solving abilities Team-oriented mindset with a strong desire for professional growth Fluent English; additional languages will be considered an advantage Key Responsibilities Conversion Agents Engage with prospective clients and convert leads into active traders. Build trust and maintain professional relationships with clients. Understand clients' needs and provide suitable solutions. Consistently achieve individual sales targets and KPIs. Retention Agents Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients. Increase client activity and encourage long-term engagement. Deliver exceptional customer service and tailored support. Meet and exceed retention and revenue objectives. Team Leaders Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team. Monitor performance metrics and provide ongoing coaching. Ensure team targets and operational goals are achieved. Support recruitment, onboarding, and training initiatives. Act as a role model by maintaining the highest professional standards.
