🚀 BRSE EMBEDDED / AUTOMOTIVE (MIDDLE / SENIOR) – WORK ONSITE TOKYO & FUKUOKA, JAPAN

SotaTek is a global IT leader with over 10 years of growth, 1,000+ IT experts, and offices across the US, Japan, Korea, and Australia. We are looking for talented BrSEs with an Embedded/Automotive background to drive key projects onsite in Tokyo and Fukuoka for our major Japanese clients.

📌 JOB OVERVIEW

• Location: Onsite at Client Office (Tokyo or Fukuoka, Japan)

• Role: Bridge System Engineer (BrSE) - Embedded / Automotive Systems

🎯 RESPONSIBILITIES

• Act as the technical bridge between the Vietnamese development team and the Japanese client.

• Support requirement gathering, technical clarification, and design discussions related to embedded/automotive systems.

• Lead client meetings for requirement reviews, progress reporting, and acceptance testing.

• Track issues, manage bugs, and resolve bottlenecks between client and offshore teams.

• Support testing and deployment activities on-site.

🎯 REQUIREMENTS

Must-Have:

• Experience with embedded systems development (C/C++) and/or automotive domain knowledge (ECU, CAN, AUTOSAR is a big plus).

• Japanese: Conversational level (JLPT N3 or above) - business-level fluency not required, practical communication ability is prioritized.

• English: Able to read and understand technical documentation.

• Vietnamese: Fluent for smooth offshore team communication.

• Open to working onsite in either Tokyo or Fukuoka.

Nice-to-Have:

• Prior BrSE experience, or strong motivation to transition into a BrSE role.

• Experience with automotive/embedded projects (ECU debugging, CAN protocol, AUTOSAR).

• Prior experience working onsite in Japan or with Japanese clients.
