As Technical Director, you'll own the science behind our gray and ductile iron foundry. From core, mold, melt chemistry and sand systems to defect analysis, process capability, and technical development, your fingerprints will be on every improvement we make. You'll lead the technical direction of the foundry by: Owning the metallurgy of our gray and ductile iron operations. Driving continuous improvement across core, melting, molding, sand, and process control. Leading defect investigations using metallurgical analysis and data. Developing systems that improve quality, consistency, and productivity. Partnering with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Maintenance to solve difficult manufacturing challenges. Mentoring and developing technical talent throughout the organization. Evaluating new technologies, materials, and manufacturing practices that move the business forward. Who Thrives Here?
