Job Description Summary Technical Leader EDGE position is a cross-functional engineering discipline centered on an approach, mindset, and process. Technical Lead with a strong background in latest software development technologies like .NET, JAVA, Python, MVC, and SQL technologies to lead a dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in designing, developing, and delivering high-quality software solutions. You will be responsible for leading technical projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, mentoring junior developers, and ensuring best practices in software development. Job Description Roles and Responsibilities Technical Leadership : Lead a team of developers and engineers, providing guidance and mentorship in project delivery and technical excellence. Architecture & Design : Design and develop scalable, robust, and secure software architectures using .Net, MVC frameworks, and SQL databases. Hands-on Development : Participate in the full software development life cycle (SDLC) including analysis, design, coding, testing, and implementation. Code Quality : Ensure the team's code meets high-quality standards, is well- documented, maintainable, and follows best coding practices. Collaboration : Work closely with product managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Troubleshooting & Problem-solving : Lead efforts in debugging and resolving complex technical issues in a timely manner. Performance Tuning : Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and reliability, especially focusing on SQL performance tuning and database optimizations. Continuous Improvement : Stay updated with the latest technologies, frameworks, and best practices to continuously enhance team productivity and product quality. Project Management : Assist in project planning, task management, and estimation, ensuring timely delivery of technical solutions. Mentoring: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior and mid-level developers, conducting code reviews and fostering a culture of continuous learning. Required Skills: 12+ years of experience in software development with a strong focus on .Net technologies, particularly ASP.Net and .Net Core, Java, Python Expertise in MVC frameworks and design patterns. Strong experience with SQL Server, including stored procedures, triggers, indexing, and performance tuning. Proficiency in front-end technologies like HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks like Angular or React (preferred). Deep understanding of OOP (Object-Oriented Programming) principles and design patterns. Experience with Web API development and RESTful services. Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) and DevOps practices (CI/CD, containerization) is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to lead technical discussions. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. 12+ years of experience in software development, with significant experience in .Net, Java, Python and SQL.
