Location: San Francisco, CA

Company Stage of Funding: Series B AI Enterprise Software ($91M Raised)

Office Type: Onsite (San Francisco HQ)

Salary: $220,000–$280,000 + Equity

Company Description

We're representing a rapidly growing Series B AI infrastructure company helping enterprises transform how work gets done through AI-powered automation. Their platform discovers how work flows across an organization, structures it into a living knowledge graph, and continuously improves business operations through intelligent AI agents.

Trusted by companies including OpenAI, Google, Stripe, DoorDash, and ServiceNow, the platform sits at the intersection of AI, enterprise software, and workflow automation. As a Senior Technical Product Manager, you'll own core product areas that blend AI, data, and enterprise workflows while partnering closely with engineering leadership to build products used by some of the world's most innovative organizations.

What You Will Do

  • Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for core AI-powered product areas.
  • Partner directly with customers and executive stakeholders to deeply understand business problems and product opportunities.
  • Lead product discovery through customer interviews, market research, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Define product requirements, write detailed specifications, and drive initiatives from concept through production.
  • Build prototypes and validate ideas using modern AI development tools before committing engineering resources.
  • Partner closely with engineering and design teams to deliver technically sophisticated, customer-centric products.
  • Own AI-powered product experiences, including LLM-based workflows, user feedback loops, and evaluation frameworks.
  • Define success metrics, analyze product performance, and continuously iterate based on customer outcomes.
  • Translate complex technical capabilities into intuitive user experiences for enterprise customers.
  • Contribute to long-term product strategy while helping shape the future direction of the platform.

Ideal Background

  • 4–7 years of Product Management experience, including at least 2 years in a highly technical product management role.
  • Strong technical foundation with experience working closely alongside engineering teams on complex software products.
  • Experience building B2B SaaS, AI, machine learning, or enterprise platform products.
  • Familiarity with LLM-powered applications, AI workflows, or machine learning systems in production.
  • Proven ability to lead customer discovery, conduct user research, and translate insights into successful products.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience defining KPIs, product metrics, experimentation, and iterative product development.
  • Experience writing detailed product specifications and communicating effectively across technical and business stakeholders.
  • Comfortable using modern AI development tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or similar to rapidly prototype ideas.
  • High ownership mindset with the ability to thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous startup environments.

Preferred

  • Experience building AI-native enterprise products or developer platforms.
  • Background collaborating closely with engineering, infrastructure, or platform teams.
  • Experience launching products from zero-to-one as well as scaling existing platforms.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise workflows, automation platforms, or operational software.
  • Comfortable building lightweight prototypes or validating ideas independently through code and AI-assisted tooling.
  • Exceptional product intuition with strong UX judgment and customer empathy.
  • Startup experience working in high-growth environments with significant autonomy.
  • Passion for AI, enterprise software, and building category-defining products.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Base salary: $220,000–$280,000.
  • Competitive equity package.
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance fully covered by the employer.
  • Paid parental leave.
  • $500 annual professional development and learning stipend.
  • $100 monthly wellness reimbursement.
  • 401(k) through Betterment.
  • Relocation assistance for candidates moving to the San Francisco Bay Area.
  • Daily catered lunches, onsite gym access, commuter benefits, bike storage, and fully stocked office snacks.
  • Opportunity to build AI-powered enterprise products used by industry-leading organizations while working directly with company leadership in a fast-growing, high-ownership environment.
