The role involves providing first-level technical support to global customers by troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving hardware, software, application, and network-related issues. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, or chat. Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, operating systems, and network-related issues. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical incidents within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Escalate unresolved or complex issues to the appropriate support teams. Log, document, and update incidents accurately using the ticketing system. Monitor and follow up on open tickets until successful resolution. Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining high-quality support standards. Adhere to organizational policies, processes, and shift schedules. Requirements Qualification: Any Graduate Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in Technical Support, IT Helpdesk, or Service Desk roles. Preferred: Immediate Joiners Good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and MS Office Applications . Basic understanding of Networking Concepts . Experience with ticketing tools and incident management.
