WHAT YOU’LL DO
* Diagnose and repair vehicle concerns accurately and efficiently
* Perform maintenance, electrical, drivability, and mechanical repairs
* Complete vehicle inspections and properly document recommendations
* Use diagnostic equipment, scan tools, and repair information systems
* Work closely with advisors, dispatch, and parts to keep repairs moving
* Follow manufacturer and dealership repair standards
* Focus on fixing vehicles correctly the first time
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
* Automotive technician experience
* Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills
* Positive attitude and dependable work ethic
* Strong communication and teamwork
* Commitment to quality and accountability
* Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record
* ASE and manufacturer certifications preferred
**Ford, Mazda, Honda, and Hyundai-certified technicians are highly encouraged to apply. Technicians with certifications or experience from other manufacturers are welcome as well.**
